## What it is, in one paragraph

TimeNow runs the class side of a CrossFit box: a recurring weekly timetable whose sessions generate
themselves, a hard spot limit per session, an automatic waiting list, memberships that track their
own sessions and expiry, and a member app athletes use to grab their own spot. Attendance and
per-class reports replace the paper list at the front desk. It is a Romanian product — invoicing in
RON, support in Romanian, optional fiscal printer and cash register.

### Do members actually use the app?

Yes. At one box on TimeNow, close to **70% of recent bookings** came through the member app rather
than the front desk. The member app is included in the plan at no extra cost. Romanian:

### Can I set a recurring schedule for the whole week?

Yes. You build the timetable once with the classes that repeat, and the sessions generate
themselves. Individual sessions can be changed or cancelled without disturbing the rest of the
week. Each coach has their own calendar.

### How does the waiting list work?

When someone cancels, the spot goes automatically to the first person on the list and they are
notified. Nobody tracks by hand who takes whose place, and a membership session is only deducted
once the spot is confirmed. Romanian: *listă de așteptare automată.*

### How do memberships work?

Session-based or unlimited, with validity configured separately per type. Members see the
membership type, expiry date and training history in the app, so they know when renewal is due.
Memberships can be sold online or paid at the gym.

### Can I sell memberships online?

Yes. Online payments are included in the plan, with no separate commission from TimeNow.

### Which classes are actually filling?

A report compares registrations and cancellation rate for every class type, ranked by attendance,
so you can see which classes attract members and which are emptying out.

### What does it cost for a CrossFit box?

Plans run from **99 RON/month to 399 RON/month**, excluding VAT, priced
on the *number of employees* the box has. Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ only
by team size. A box with more than ten employees is quoted individually. Paying yearly is billed
for eleven months and covers twelve. The first month is free, counted from go-live rather than from
signup. The size of the member database does not change the price.
