# TimeNow — booking and membership software for Romanian studios and salons

For self-service signup, the free month starts when email verification creates the company,
regardless of public booking visibility. No credit card is required and there are no automatic
charges. Assisted setup and migration use the go-live date agreed with the TimeNow team.

TimeNow is the system Romanian Pilates studios, yoga studios, CrossFit boxes and salons run their
bookings on: classes with limited spots, memberships that count their own sessions, and a booking
page clients use themselves.

## What it does

- **Online booking.** A hosted booking page in your own colours, or the same calendar embedded in
  your website. No account for the client, no app install.
- **Group classes.** Capacity limits, waiting lists that fill a cancelled place automatically, and
  registration per session.
- **Memberships (abonamente).** Session-based or unlimited, counting down on their own as the client
  attends, with expiry dates the client can see.
- **A client mobile app.** iOS and Android, carrying each studio's own branding, included in every
  plan.
- **WhatsApp booking and reminders.** Clients book and reschedule in conversation; reminders go out
  before the appointment.
- **Staff calendars, customer records, reports** and Romanian-language support.

## Who it is for

Single-location, owner-operated studios and salons in Romania — Pilates and Reformer studios, yoga
studios, CrossFit boxes, beauty and hair salons. Multi-location gym chains that need turnstile or
RFID access control and payroll are better served elsewhere.
