# TimeNow

> Booking, class scheduling and membership software for boutique studios and salons in Romania —

TimeNow replaces the notebook, the Instagram DM inbox and the WhatsApp group that most
owner-operated Romanian studios still run on. Clients book themselves; memberships (abonamente)
track their own remaining sessions; the schedule is one calendar the whole team works from.

## What it does

- **Online booking** — a public booking page, an embedded widget for the client's own website, or a member mobile app. The studio picks the surface.
- **Booking calendar, three ways** — fast and simple for the end client, and always in the studio's own brand. A hosted booking page with 12 brand themes, an embeddable widget added with a single script tag (auto-resizing iframe, works on WordPress/Wix/Squarespace/Shopify/plain HTML), or a bespoke calendar component built to match the client's own site. Already running in production on client websites.
- **Group classes** — schedules, per-session capacity, waiting lists, recurring sessions, multiple instructors.
- **Memberships (abonamente)** — class packs and unlimited passes, automatic session consumption, validity windows, pausing, and renewal tracking.
- **Staff calendars** — per-employee schedules, shifts, breaks, holidays, Google Calendar sync.
- **Payments** — online payments, payment links, cash register and Romanian fiscal printer support.
- **WhatsApp notifications** — automatic booking confirmations and reminders. An optional AI assistant lets clients book conversationally.
- **Client mobile app** — iOS and Android. Clients book, see remaining membership sessions, cancel within the studio's window, view their visit history and rebook in one tap. Free for end customers on iOS and Android; the app takes on each company's brand colours, so it looks like the studio rather than like TimeNow.
- **Reports** — revenue, appointments, customers and staff, exportable to PDF and CSV.

## Who it is for

Single-location, owner-operated businesses with roughly 1–15 staff that sell recurring memberships
rather than one-off visits. Typical customer: a Reformer Pilates studio with two instructors, eight
reformers, and a few hundred members, outside Bucharest.

Not a fit for: multi-location gym chains needing turnstile or RFID access control and payroll.

## How pricing works

Pricing is keyed to **employee count**. There are four plans, and every plan carries every
feature — the tiers differ only by team size:

- 1 employee: 99 RON/month (1089 RON/year)
- ≤5 employees: 199 RON/month (2189 RON/year)
- ≤10 employees: 399 RON/month (4389 RON/year)
- 11+ employees: quoted per business

Paying yearly is billed for eleven months and covers twelve, so a year costs one month less than
paying month to month. First month free from go-live, on every plan.

creates the company account after an email verification step. The first month is free, with no
credit card and no automatic charges.

Waiting lists and online payments are included at every tier at no extra cost. No hidden fees, and
no fee per appointment or booking — the monthly price is the whole bill.
