# The client mobile app — TimeNow

A mobile app for your clients, carrying your studio's own colours. They book, check what is left on
their membership, cancel and rebook without messaging anyone. One app in the stores, re-skinned per

## What clients do in it

- **Book in two taps.** The full timetable with the number of spots left on each class. If a class
  is full they join the waiting list and get the place automatically when someone cancels.
- **See their membership.** Sessions remaining, expiry date, and what the membership covers — so
  they stop asking mid-class how many sessions they have left.
- **Cancel without calling.** Inside the window the business sets. The freed spot passes to the
  waiting list on its own.
- **History and one-tap rebooking.** Past visits, who they worked with, and a "book again" that
  repeats the same appointment without hunting through the timetable.

## What the business gets

- Bookings that arrive without a phone call or an Instagram DM. In one active studio around 70% of
  bookings come through the app rather than the front desk.
- The studio's own colours and logo in the app, so it reads as the studio's app rather than a
  third-party product.
- The same calendar, memberships and customer records as the web dashboard — the app is a client
  surface on the same system, not a separate one.
