# TimeNow for Pilates and Reformer studios

For self-service signup, the free month starts when email verification creates the company,

## What it is, in one paragraph

TimeNow runs the scheduling side of a Pilates studio: a recurring class timetable with a hard
spot limit per class, an automatic waiting list, memberships that decrement their own sessions,
and a booking page clients use themselves. It is a Romanian product — invoicing in RON, support in
Romanian, and an optional fiscal printer and cash register integration. Studios typically run it
with one or two instructors and no front desk.

## Who it is for

- Boutique Pilates and Reformer studios, typically 4–12 reformers.
- Studios where classes have a **hard capacity** — you cannot sell more spots than you have machines.
- Studios selling **memberships** (say 8 sessions valid 60 days) rather than only single classes.
- Owners who teach, and who do not have someone answering the phone all day.

**Not a fit for:** multi-location gym chains needing turnstile or RFID access control, or anything
requiring payroll. Those are real gaps, not omissions from this page.

## The questions studios actually ask

### Can I cap class spots to the number of reformers I own?

Yes. Spot count is set per class, not per studio. When the spots are taken, the next clients join
a waiting list automatically, and if someone cancels the spot moves to the first person on that
list without anyone doing anything. Romanian: *locuri limitate + listă de așteptare automată.*

### How do memberships work?

You define membership types — for example 8 sessions valid for 60 days. Booking a class deducts a
session by itself. The client sees how many sessions remain and until when, in the member app or
on the booking page. Nobody counts sessions by hand, which is the single most common reason
studios move off spreadsheets.

### Do clients have to install an app?

No. Clients can book from a link, from the studio's booking page, or from a widget embedded in the
studio's own website. A member app exists for the clients who want it, but it is optional.

### What does it cost for a Pilates studio?

Plans run from **99 RON/month to 399 RON/month**, excluding VAT, priced
on the *number of employees* the studio has. Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ
only by team size. A studio with more than ten employees is quoted individually. Paying yearly is
billed for eleven months and covers twelve. The first month is free, counted from go-live rather
than from signup.

### How long does setup take?

Between a week and a month, depending on how many classes, memberships and clients have to be
migrated. The client list is imported for the studio. Setup is remote.
