# Pricing — TimeNow

For self-service signup, the free month starts when email verification creates the company,
regardless of public booking visibility. No credit card is required and there are no automatic
charges. Assisted setup and migration use the go-live date agreed with the TimeNow team.

TimeNow is booking and membership software for boutique studios and salons in Romania
(Pilates, Reformer, yoga, CrossFit, beauty salons).

## How pricing works

Pricing is based on the **number of employees** the business has. Romanian: *prețul depinde de
numărul de angajați.*

Every plan carries every feature. The tiers differ only by team size, never by capability, so
choosing a plan is a matter of counting staff rather than comparing feature matrices.

**Monthly or yearly.** Paying yearly is billed for eleven months and covers twelve, so a year costs
one month less than paying month to month. The monthly rate itself is identical either way.

**No hidden fees, and no fee per appointment or booking.** The plan price is the whole bill —
unlike marketplace-style competitors that add a take-rate or a per-booking charge on top of a
subscription.

New customers get their first month free. Self-service starts at verified signup; assisted setup starts on the agreed go-live date.

Waiting lists and online payments are included at no extra cost. Several competitors charge
separately for both.

## Add-ons

- **WhatsApp notifications** (Notificări WhatsApp) — priced separately, quoted with your plan. Automatic booking confirmations and reminders sent over WhatsApp.
- **WhatsApp AI assistant** (Asistent AI pe WhatsApp) — priced separately, quoted with your plan. Clients book by chatting in natural language; no app install.
- **Embedded booking widget** (Widget de rezervări pentru site) — priced separately, quoted with your plan. Booking calendar embedded directly into your own website.
- **Cash register + fiscal printer** (Casă de marcat + imprimantă fiscală) — priced separately, quoted with your plan. Romanian fiscal receipt printing and cash register reconciliation.
- **Additional location** (Locație suplimentară) — priced separately, quoted with your plan. Each extra studio or salon location.

## What TimeNow does not do

Multi-location gym chains needing turnstile or RFID access control and payroll are better served
elsewhere. TimeNow is built for single-location, owner-operated studios and salons.
