## What it is, in one paragraph

TimeNow puts a whole salon on one calendar: every stylist on their own schedule, every service with
its own duration and price, and appointments that stop overlapping. Clients book themselves from a
hosted booking page or a widget in the salon's own site, automatic reminders cut no-shows, and the
day closes with cash-register reconciliation and fiscal receipts rather than paperwork. It is a
Romanian product — invoicing in RON, support in Romanian, and a fiscal printer integration built
for Romanian requirements.

### How many services can I add?

As many as needed. One salon on TimeNow runs 190 active services in its menu, split into
categories, each with its own duration and price. Romanian: *meniu de servicii pe categorii.*

### Does it work with a cash register and fiscal receipts?

Yes. The cash register and fiscal printer are an add-on, with receipt printing and end-of-day
reconciliation. They sit on top of the plan, so salons that do not need them are not paying for
them. Romanian: *casă de marcat și bon fiscal.*

### Can several staff share one calendar without clashing?

Yes. Every stylist has an individual schedule, and each service carries its own duration, so
appointments cannot overlap. The calendar has day, week and month views. One salon runs 15 staff on
the same calendar.

### I am coming from another system. Do I lose my clients?

No. The client list and appointment history are imported for you. One salon moved across with
nearly 1,800 past appointments preserved, losing none of their history.

### Can I put booking on my own website?

Yes. Use the hosted booking page, or a widget embedded directly into the salon's site so clients
never leave the page. The widget is an add-on on top of the plan.

### How do I cut no-shows?

Automatic reminders before the appointment, over WhatsApp or email. Clients can cancel from the
message, which frees the slot early rather than leaving it empty.

### What does it cost for a salon?

Plans run from **99 RON/month to 399 RON/month**, excluding VAT, priced
on the *number of employees* the salon has. Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ only
by team size. A salon with more than ten employees is quoted individually. Paying yearly is billed
for eleven months and covers twelve. The first month is free, counted from go-live rather than from
signup. The cash register and the booking widget are add-ons.
