## What it is, in one paragraph

Moving to TimeNow is done *for* the business, not by it. One named person owns the migration from
the first call to go-live: they import the client list and the appointment history, build the
service menu, prices, staff and timetable, and set up the booking page. The business keeps taking
bookings on its current system throughout, and switches on an agreed date. The first month is free,
counted from the day it actually goes live rather than from signup, so setup time is not billed.

## Who does what

**TimeNow handles:**

- Importing the client list and the appointment history.
- Building services, prices and staff.
- Setting up the timetable, classes and memberships.
- The booking page, in the business's own colours.
- Training the team, as long as it takes.

**The business handles:**

- Exporting its data from the current system.
- Explaining how the business actually runs.
- Checking it over before go-live.

## Timeline

Usually between a week and a month, depending on how many services, memberships and clients have to
move. The client list is imported first, so the slow part never blocks bookings. There is no
downtime: the current system keeps running until the TimeNow setup is finished and checked
together, then both sides agree a go-live date and switch on that day.

### How long does the move take?

Between a week and a month, depending on how many services, memberships and clients need moving.

### Do I lose my clients or my history?

No. You export your client list from your current system and it is imported along with past
appointments. One salon moved across with nearly **1,800 past appointments** preserved — you start
with the history you already had, not an empty database.

### Who actually does the work?

TimeNow does. You export your data and explain how your business runs; TimeNow does the import, the
service menu, the timetable, the memberships and the booking page. You check it before it goes
live.

### Do I have to stop taking bookings while we move?

No. You keep using your current system until the TimeNow setup is finished and checked. A go-live
date is agreed and the switch happens on that day.

### What does it cost while we are still setting up?

Nothing. The first month is free and is counted from the day you actually go live, not from the day
you sign up — so setup time is not billed.

### What does TimeNow cost after that?

Plans run from **99 RON/month to 399 RON/month**, excluding VAT, priced
on the *number of employees* the business has. Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ
only by team size. More than ten employees is quoted individually. Paying yearly is billed for
eleven months and covers twelve.
