## What it does

- **Booking in conversation.** A client writes in ordinary language — "can I come Thursday evening
  for reformer?" — and the assistant reads the intent, checks live availability across staff and
  services, and confirms the slot in the chat.
- **Reminders before the appointment.** Sent automatically over WhatsApp, which is read far more
  reliably than email. This is the part that moves the no-show rate.
- **Replies outside opening hours.** Messages that arrive at 23:00 are answered and booked rather
  than queued until someone opens the phone in the morning.
- **Rescheduling and cancellation** in the same thread, respecting the cancellation window the
  business sets.

## How a booking happens

1. The client messages your WhatsApp Business number.
2. The assistant identifies the service, the timing and any specific request.
3. It checks the real calendar — every employee, every service, live.
4. It confirms the appointment in the chat; both sides get the details.
5. It sends a reminder before the appointment.

## What is required

- A WhatsApp Business number for the company. TimeNow is an official Meta tech provider, so the
  number is connected through the WhatsApp Business Platform rather than a phone left plugged in.
- A TimeNow subscription. WhatsApp notifications and the AI assistant are add-ons, priced with the
  plan rather than bundled into it.

## What it does not do

It is not a marketing broadcast tool: TimeNow does not send campaigns or bulk promotional messages.
It answers people who write to you, and it messages clients about their own appointments.
