# TimeNow for yoga studios

## What it is, in one paragraph

TimeNow keeps a whole yoga studio on one timetable — hatha in the morning, yin in the evening,
aerial at the weekend, a workshop once a month — with each class carrying its own length, capacity
and room. Students book themselves, memberships count down their own sessions, a full class opens a
waiting list, and the takings and attendance are visible without a separate spreadsheet. It is a
Romanian product: invoicing in RON, support in Romanian, optional fiscal printer and cash register.

- Yoga studios running several styles on one timetable, each with a different capacity.
- Studios where classes have a **hard capacity** — an 8-mat aerial and a 20-person hatha are not
  the same class and cannot share a spot count.

## The questions studios actually ask

### Can I run classes of different sizes?

Yes. Every class has its own capacity, length and room. An 8-mat aerial and a 20-person hatha sit
on the same timetable without clashing, and when one fills up the next students join the waiting
list. Romanian: *capacitate diferită pentru fiecare clasă.*

### How do memberships work?

You build memberships with a fixed number of sessions, unlimited access, or access limited to
selected styles. TimeNow checks whether the membership covers the chosen class, then deducts a
session either when the student books or when you mark attendance — your choice. Cancel the
registration and the session is returned automatically. Students buy, renew and check what remains
in the app. Romanian: *abonamente care își scad singure ședințele.*

### What happens when a class is full?

Students join the waiting list themselves. If someone cancels, TimeNow confirms the first person in
line automatically and sends the notification. A session is deducted only after the spot is
confirmed, never while the student is waiting.

### I work with guest teachers. Does that work?

Yes. Every teacher has their own calendar, and the teacher on a given class can be swapped without
rewriting the timetable. Students see who is teaching before they book.

### How do I sell workshops or retreats?

As events with their own price, separate from memberships. You can take a deposit on booking or
payment in full, and see the attendee list from your phone.

### Do students have to install an app?

No. They can book from a link, from the studio's booking page, or from a widget embedded in the
studio's own website. The member app exists for whoever wants it, but it is optional.

### How do I cut down on no-shows?

Automatic reminders before class, over WhatsApp or email. Students cancel straight from the
message, and the freed spot goes to the first person on the waiting list — so an early cancellation
fills the spot instead of leaving it empty.

### Can students book over WhatsApp?

Yes, as an add-on. An AI assistant answers around the clock, checks the free spots on the class the
student asked about, books them in and sends the confirmation.

### What does it cost for a yoga studio?

Plans run from **99 RON/month to 399 RON/month**, excluding VAT, priced
on the *number of employees* the studio has. Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ
only by team size. A studio with more than ten employees is quoted individually. Paying yearly is
billed for eleven months and covers twelve. The first month is free, counted from go-live rather
than from signup.
