Calendar and online booking

A booking calendar that looks like your brand

It takes on your colours and your identity, loads instantly, and clients finish booking in seconds. Put it where you need it: on the page we host, or straight into your own site.

Three ways, depending on your site

From "I have no website" to "I want exactly my own component". Pick what fits, and change your mind later.

No website

The page we host for you

You get your own public address with your schedule, services and classes. Choose the theme, the photo layout and how classes are displayed. Plenty of studios use it as their main site, linked straight from Instagram.

  • 12 brand themes, from spa to urban fitness
  • Four photo layouts and two ways to show classes
  • Ready the same day, without touching code
You already have a site

A widget embedded in your site

Paste one line of code into your page and the calendar appears there. It resizes itself as the client moves through the steps, so you never get dead space or an inner scrollbar.

  • A single script tag, on any platform
  • Fits your page width and adjusts its own height
  • Can show just one service category, if you want
You want your exact look

A component built to match

If your site has a strong identity, we write the widget for it: your typeface, your palette, your spacing, and the layout your clients need — a week of classes with the places left on each, or your services with prices. It runs on client sites today, and each one is its own build.

  • Your own typeface and palette, not a recolour
  • Class timetable or services — whichever your studio sells
  • We build it, integrate it and keep it running

That is the whole integration

One script tag on the page where you want the calendar. No build step, no dependencies, no particular platform.

Works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or plain HTML.

Integration example
<script
  src="https://www.timenow.ro/embed-widget.js"
  data-company="your-studio"
  data-min-height="700"
  data-scroll-on-step="true"
></script>
Google Calendar sync

Every booking, also in Google Calendar

Everyone on your team connects their own Google account once, from settings. From then on, every appointment and class session they are assigned shows up in their Google Calendar — on the phone already in their pocket, next to the rest of their day.

  • Connected in one click from settings, each person with their own account
  • Appointments and class sessions, with the client, the service and the location
  • Moved or cancelled in TimeNow — the Google event follows on its own
  • Nothing to install: it is the Google Calendar app they already use

Three studios, three different widgets

When a site already has an identity, we do not recolour a template — we write the component for that site. These three run in production today, each one built for a single studio.

A yoga studio

A week of classes in the studio’s warm palette, with the places left on every session and sign-up in the same panel — no second page, no account.

Gotu · Archivo

A reformer studio

A reformer timetable in the studio’s blue, where full sessions say so and the waiting list opens in their place.

Inter

A dance studio

A schedule filtered by class type, in the studio’s navy and red, sized to the page it sits in.

Roboto

Each of these is its own build, kept running by us as the studio adds classes and changes its schedule. If your site has an identity worth matching, we will scope one at the demo.

Twelve themes, or your own colours

Whichever option you pick, the calendar carries your identity. Start from a ready-made theme and you are live the same day; give us your palette and it takes that instead. Clients see the colours they already know rather than someone else’s product.

  • Your brand colours and theme
  • Your logo and studio photos
  • The same colours carry through to the mobile app
  • Loads fast, on phones too

Common questions

Do I need a website to use TimeNow?
No. If you have no site, the booking page we host stands in for one: your schedule, services, classes and photos at your own address. Plenty of studios use it exactly that way, linked from Instagram.
Which platforms does the widget work on?
Any that let you add a script tag to a page — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify or hand-written HTML. It needs no build step, no framework and no plugin.
Will it break my page layout?
No. The widget takes the width of whatever container you put it in and adjusts its own height as the client moves through the steps, so you get neither dead space nor an inner scrollbar.
Can it show my class timetable rather than a services list?
Yes, and for studios that is usually the point. The widget can open on a week of classes, each with the places left and a form to sign up on the spot — no separate page, no account. Studios that run both put the timetable on one page and services on another.
What does "built to match" actually mean?
We build the calendar to look like your site, not merely recoloured: your typeface, your palette, the layout you need. It already runs in production on several client websites, each one its own build. We scope it at the demo, depending on how custom your site is.
Can I start with one and switch to another?
Yes. Many studios start on the hosted page and move to the widget once they build a site. Your data, clients and bookings stay the same — only where the calendar appears changes.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Yes. Each person on the team connects their own Google account once, from settings, and from then on the appointments and class sessions they are assigned appear in their Google Calendar, later changes and cancellations included. The sync runs one way — TimeNow writes into Google — so an event edited in Google never changes the studio’s schedule.
