Common questions

Do clients have to install the app?
No. They can book from a link, from your booking page, or from a widget on your own website. The app is for the regulars who want to see their membership and their history.
Does it cost extra?
No. The client app is included in every plan at no additional cost. Clients download the TimeNow app from the App Store or Google Play, and it picks up your studio’s colours automatically.
Can clients cancel whenever they want?
You set the cancellation window. The app respects it: once the window closes the cancel option is no longer available, and the client sees plainly why.
Does the app look the same for every studio?
No. It takes on your brand colours, and clients see your studio’s name, logo and photos. There are ready-made themes for spa, yoga, fitness or salon if you do not have a palette of your own.
What about clients who go to more than one studio?
They see them all in one place, with memberships and history kept separate for each. The app shows where they have been, how often, and who they usually work with.
