- How long does the move take?
- Usually between a week and a month, depending on how many services, memberships and clients need moving. We import your client list first, so the slow part never blocks you from taking bookings.
- Do I lose my clients or my history?
- No. You export your client list from your current system and we import it along with past appointments. One salon moved across with nearly 1,800 past appointments preserved.
- Who actually does the work?
- We do. You export your data and tell us how your business runs; we do the import, the service menu, the timetable, the memberships and the booking page. You check it before it goes live.
- Do I have to stop taking bookings while we move?
- No. You keep using your current system until your TimeNow setup is finished and checked. We agree a go-live date and switch on that day.
- What does it cost while we are still setting up?
- Nothing. The first month is free and it is counted from the day you actually go live, not from the day you sign up — so setup time is not billed.
