For yoga studios

Online booking for every style, on one timetable

The online booking app that keeps a whole studio on one timetable: hatha in the morning, yin in the evening, aerial at the weekend and a workshop once a month. Students book themselves — you teach.

Everything online booking does for a yoga studio

A yoga studio does not need a calendar — it needs the whole chain: the timetable by style, online booking, a membership that counts down its own sessions, the waiting list when a class fills, who actually turned up, and the month’s takings. TimeNow keeps all of it in one place.

Memberships that keep their own count

Build memberships with a fixed number of sessions, unlimited access, or access limited to selected yoga styles. TimeNow checks whether the membership covers the chosen class, then deducts one session either when the student books or when you mark attendance — you choose. If the registration is cancelled, the session is returned automatically. Students can buy and renew their membership in the app and always see how many sessions remain and when it expires.

  • Fixed-session, unlimited or style-specific memberships
  • Every session is deducted and returned automatically
  • Students buy, renew and check their membership in the app

A spot opens. TimeNow confirms the next student

Every mat matters in your most popular classes. Once a class is full, students can join the waiting list themselves. If someone cancels, TimeNow automatically confirms the first person in line and sends the notification. A membership session is only deducted after the spot is confirmed, never while the student is waiting. You stop finding replacements in messages and updating lists by hand.

  • Students join the waiting list themselves
  • The first in line is confirmed automatically when a spot opens
  • TimeNow sends the notification and only then deducts the session

Memberships do not expire quietly

TimeNow tracks how many sessions each student has left and when their membership expires. When it reaches the threshold you chose, it automatically sends a WhatsApp message or email. The student renews in the app, while you see who is running low, which memberships expire soon, and how many members return.

  • An alert before expiry, at the number of days you choose
  • An automatic message when the selected session threshold is reached
  • Renewal in the app and a report of members to contact

AI assistant on WhatsApp

Bookings arrive on WhatsApp too

Plenty of students message on WhatsApp rather than opening your site. An AI assistant answers them around the clock: it checks the free spots on the class they asked for, books them in, and sends the confirmation — without you stopping a class to answer the phone.

  • Answers around the clock, in your own language
  • Checks free spots and books straight into the timetable
  • Sends confirmations and reminders automatically

Common questions

Can I run classes of different sizes?
Yes. Every class has its own capacity, length and room. An 8-mat aerial and a 20-person hatha sit on the same timetable without clashing, and when one fills up the next students join the waiting list.
How do I sell workshops or retreats?
You add them as events with their own price, separate from memberships. You can take a deposit on booking or payment in full, and see the attendee list any time from your phone.
I work with guest teachers. Does that work?
Yes. Every teacher has their own calendar, and for a given class you can swap the teacher without rewriting the timetable. Students see who is teaching before they book.
I have both memberships and drop-ins.
Both work. You can sell session-based or unlimited memberships, and also single drop-in entries paid online or at the studio, for the people who come occasionally.
Do students have to install an app?
No. They can book from a link, from your booking page, or from a widget embedded in your own website. The member app is there for whoever wants it, but it is not required.
What does online booking software for a yoga studio cost?
Your price depends on how many different students come in a month, not on how many teachers you employ. Every plan includes the same features — classes, memberships, waiting lists and the member app — and they differ only by size. The price is fixed for 12 months, and the first month is free, counted from the day you actually go live.
How do I cut down on no-shows?
With automatic reminders sent before the class, over WhatsApp or email. Students can cancel straight from the message, and the freed spot goes automatically to the first person on the waiting list — so an early cancellation fills the spot instead of leaving it empty.
